Alexandra Maria Lara (born in Romania) is the Romanian TV presenter and actress. Her most well-known work is the star of Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control, and Rush. She was the sole one child to Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu, Alexandra got into the world of show business early, and ended up being the lead in a variety of TV dramas before she reached the age of 16. Following her highly praised role in the television movie Der Tunnel, Alexandra went on to play other noteworthy characters like Adolf Hitler's secretary Traudljunge in Downfall.
